Yoga is the world’s oldest method for transforming your body, mind, spirit and life experience…& Every Body Can Do It! This Course is for people who want to get started in yoga or start anew. You'll learn the fundamentals of yoga—warm-ups, breathing practices, poses, relaxation/meditation & yoga philosophy—that help you release chronic tension, boost energy, develop strength and flexibility, and improve posture & balance. You’ll learn how to focus/master your mind & be more present, peaceful & joyful. As time allows, INSTRUCTOR Luann, a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists with 40+ years in yoga and meditation, will tailor the class to show you how specific yoga practices can help you address your unique health concerns, such as back/knee pain, depression, anxiety, digestive issues, or insomnia.
