During yoga nidra students will be guided by the teacher to reach a deep state of relaxation while lying on their mats in a comfortable, supported position. While the body and mind are brought to a state of relaxation similar to that reached in sleep, students remain awake throughout the practice.  Find Yoga Nidra classes.
