By breaking down these highly beneficial asana into digestible, practicable actions, we find that these poses are not just achievable, but joyous! Before you know it, you'll be seeing your world (and yourself) in a whole new perspective.
Asana will be "challenge by choice." Just bring yourself and a smile. Class will be followed by snacks and tea. Please note that some yoga experience is necessary for this workshop.
